Bulk Mail Permit
All Chamber members are permitted to use the Chambers Bulk Mailing permit ($150 value). All bulk mailing must now be carried out through the Gaithersburg Postal Office, USPS Bulk Mail Center (16501 Shady Grove Rd., Gaithersburg). The Post Office has a listing of all current chamber members. Contact Maggie Nightingale if you have any problems with the Post office.

Website
All Chamber members will be listed on the Chambers Website. Members are listed by category and in Alphabetical order. Members can be listed in up to 3 categories.  Each member gets their own page with their information that can include a link to their website and email if they chose. They may also contribute some text, graphic or photo to their page. The Chamber will try to list upcoming events that members are sponsoring on our homepage. Send the webmaster either a PDF or link to the event with dates for posting.

Networking
Many opportunities to network with fellow chamber members through participation in various PACC social activities. Several free networking events take place each year at different members business locations. Email the PACC presidentif you are interested in hosting one of these events in the future. There are also 2 premiere events for members each year, the Annual holiday party in December and the Annual meeting usually in March, both events charge a fee.

Advertising
Membership  allows for significantly reduced fees for advertising in the annual community directory. (Applications for advertising in the 2011 directory will be available in the winter of 2011). Only members of the chamber can advertise in the Tourism map.

Listings
Membership entitles businesses to have a Bold Listing in the Community Directory and listing by category in the back section of the directory. Storefront retail businesses will be listed on the Poolesville area tourism map inside the brochure.

Business Opportunities
Significantly reduced rates for booth space at Business fair in the spring. Free booth space at the First Friday shopping event in December in Town Hall. The PACC keeps all members informed about sponsorship opportunities in the community. New to the website, members will be able to post help wanted ads, free of charge. Please email the webmaster with any postings.

Business Support
PACC board is watching and working with the area government to ensure that business interests are protected and our voices heard. Board members regularly attend Commissioner meetings and meet regularly with the CEDC. Most importantly, the PACC will keep your business informed about what you will need to know through regular emails and our website.
